I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or self-esteem concerns. Many of my clients are navigating attachment wounds, trust issues, major betrayals, or communication struggles that leave them feeling disconnected or insecure in themselves and/or their relationships. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals seeking clarity and support, as well as those facing substance use issues. Whether you’re feeling stuck in negative patterns, questioning your self-worth, or trying to rebuild trust in a relationship, I provide a supportive, judgment-free space to help you heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

My therapeutic approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), EMDR with couples, Inner-Child Therapy, The Gottman method, and Relational Life Therapy. I specialize in helping individuals and couples break free from negative patterns, heal attachment wounds, recover from issues of trust and major betrayals, and develop secure, fulfilling relationships. Additionally, I provide neurodivergent assessments (ASD, SPD, ADHD) to help clients gain clarity and self-acceptance. My goal is to move beyond surface-level talk therapy, guiding you to the root of your suffering while equipping you with practical tools to manage unwanted symptoms and build emotional security.

Before opening Mind, Body, Soulmates, I spent five years as a Medical Social Worker in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital, supporting individuals and families through crisis. My career has also included working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, substance use clinics, crisis response, home health and hospice, an alternative high school, and even a women’s prison in Thailand. My personal journey of healing fuels my passion for this work—I’ve done my own deep work with EMDR, Inner-Child Therapy, and EFT, and I believe in the transformative power of the modalities I use.
