Fee’s & Insurance:

Individual sessions: $160-$170 for 50 minutes
Couples sessions: $200-$210 for 60 minutes.
Family sessions: $200-$210 for 2 clients and an additional $30-$35 per family member.
We charge an additional $15 for after-hours and weekends.

We do not accept insurance for a variety of reasons. However, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.

Yes, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Yes you can. You will just upload your HSA card like you would any other credit card and we will charge this card at the end of session.

Yes, some of our therapists offer after-hours/weekend sessions for an additional $15 fee.

We have an office in Wheat Ridge and Lakewood.

Yes. We offer in-person and/or virtual. We can even do hybrid.

Yes, our sister company, Compassion and Grace, offers in-home therapy for clients in need.

We require 24 hour notice (outside of emergencies). Late cancels or no call no shows are charged.
Intake & Getting Started

We encourage you to ask your therapist about their intake process during your consultation call, as each therapist in our practice has their own unique style and approach. In general, the intake session is used to gather information about your history, current concerns, goals, and needs in order to begin developing a treatment plan. Some treatment plans are more structured, while others are more flexible and focused on meeting the client where they are and adapting as needed throughout the therapy process. The approach depends on each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.

It depends on the therapist and their availability. They can answer this in the consultation. Most of our therapists are able to see you the same week or the following week of your consultation call.

You can expect a comprehensive assessment where your therapist gathers information about your history, current concerns, symptoms, and goals for therapy. Based on this information, your therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Some therapists may also incorporate additional assessments as part of the intake process, such as attachment or symptom-based assessments.

Our owner will begin with a brief consultation call to learn more about your situation, goals, and what you’re looking for in therapy. Based on this conversation, we can recommend 1–2 therapists within our practice who may be the best fit for your needs and preferences.

You will receive an email with a link to set up a therapy portal. This is where you will complete all the legal paperwork and set up billing. This is also where virtual sessions will be help. It's user friendly!

It depends. The lower end is about 6 months higher end is a year or more. Some people choose to stay in therapy even after working through what they initially came in for because they see and feel the benefits of it.

It depends. When you first start out, your therapist may recommend weekly sessions until you feel some relief from what you initially came in for. Clients who are stable but wish to stay in therapy for their growth may drop back to biweekly sessions. We also offer monthly maintenance sessions to follow up on anything that comes up.

We can! There are pro's and con's to a diagnosis and we can talk about both before assessing for and diagnosing. Some people find relief in a diagnosis and others feel like they're put in a box and it labels them. Depending on your situation, we will discuss the diagnosis of a mental illness if this will benefit your treatment plan and growth.
We work closely with psychiatrists who can do in-depth assessments if necessary.

Mental health therapists cannot provide medications. If together we feel medications would be benefical as part of your treatment plan we will give you resources on who can help you with a medication evaluation. We are also happy to advocate on your behalf to other providers.

We use Therapy Notes, a Hipaa compliant platform. This is where you will complete all your paperwork, do virtual sessions, and pay your invoice.
