Online therapy
Online therapy at Mind, Body, Soulmates gives you the same real, deep therapeutic work we do at our Wheat Ridge office, just without the commute. Whether you're squeezing a session between meetings, logging on during nap time, or finally getting some quiet after the kids are asleep, virtual sessions let you show up from wherever you are in Colorado. Pajamas optional. We won't judge.
Online therapy opens the door to EMDR, couples work, trauma processing, and every other approach we use. You get the same collaborative, personalized care from our team, delivered right to wherever you happen to be sitting.
Why virtual sessions work (and why they might be perfect for you)
We know your life is already packed. Between work deadlines, family obligations, and trying to remember to eat lunch, adding therapy to the mix can feel like just one more thing on the list. (Hello, perfectionism, we see you.) But what if therapy could actually fit into your life instead of requiring you to rearrange everything around it?
That's what we love about this format. For our clients, who tend to be high-functioning professionals like attorneys, nurses, engineers, and business owners, the flexibility of virtual sessions isn't just nice to have. It's often what makes therapy actually happen.
There's also something about being in your own space that changes things. When you're working through childhood patterns you're only starting to recognize, relationship cycles you keep repeating, or the burnout that's got you running on empty, being somewhere familiar can make it easier to open up.
What makes Mind, Body, Soulmates differentts
We're a group practice, which means when you work with one of us, you're getting the collective experience of our whole team. We coordinate behind the scenes (always keeping your information confidential) and make sure that if you're seeing one therapist for individual work and another for couples therapy, everyone is moving in the same direction.
We can absolutely do EMDR online, along with Gottman Method for couples, Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. We've adapted all of it thoughtfully for virtual sessions, not in a watered-down way, but in a way that genuinely works (and sometimes works even better).
What you won't get from us is cookie-cutter therapy. We're here to help you shift things. Whether that's recognizing trauma patterns you didn't know were running in the background, repairing communication breakdowns in your relationship, or finally understanding why you can never feel like you're enough.
Getting started is simple
First, you'll have a free consultation call where we talk about what's going on, how we work, and whether we're a good fit. If it feels right, we'll match you with the therapist whose specialties align best with your needs. You'll get a link and simple instructions. Find a private spot, click the link, and we're off.
That first session is your intake, where we get to know you, your history, and what you're hoping for. Together, we map out a loose plan that makes sense for your life. From there, most people settle into a regular schedule, and some of our therapists share resources or check in between sessions. We adapt to what actually helps you, not what a textbook says should happen.
You're also never locked into one format. Many people do mostly virtual sessions but come to our Wheat Ridge office for intensives or when they want to be in the same room. We figure out what serves your specific goals, not what fits some template.
Ready to get started?
We work with people who are hungry for change. People who might not realize they're carrying patterns from childhood. People exhausted from perfectionism running their entire life. People who want their relationships to feel different. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
To schedule your free consultation or learn more about our virtual and in-person services, reach out to Mind, Body, Soulmates. We offer online therapy throughout Colorado and in-person sessions at our Wheat Ridge office, also serving the greater Denver area.
FAQS
-
Research consistently shows that virtual therapy produces comparable outcomes. What matters most is the relationship between you and your therapist, and that develops just as deeply over video. We've adapted approaches like EMDR, Gottman Method, and Somatic Therapy specifically for the virtual format.

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms where you just click a link. No special downloads required.

EMDR translates really well to virtual sessions. We guide the bilateral stimulation, and you follow directions for eye movements or tapping while we hold the space. Many people prefer doing this deeper work from a location where they already feel safe.
-
Many couples find virtual sessions help them stay calmer in a familiar environment. We use the same evidence-based approaches (Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Relational Life Therapy) whether meeting virtually or at our office.
-
Many people use headphones, schedule sessions when the house is empty, or find a private space like a bedroom, office, or their car. If virtual sessions are consistently difficult, we can talk about in-person options.
